Dr Zak's High Protein Bread is made from the finest ingredients, baked in the UK and formulated to deliver the perfect balance of protein and carbohydrates in every slice. Our bread provides one of the mostconvenient and versatile ways to enjoy a higher protein diet.

Each loaf contains an amazing 214g of protein via Dr Zak's protein blend of high-quality protein isolates that deliver a complete amino acid profile. Two slices of our bread will provide you with 30g of protein and 30g of carbohydrates. That's 300% more protein and 30% less carbohydrates when compared to a standard wholemeal loaf.

Using wholemeal flour with added linseed (a source of Omega 3) and sunflower seeds (rich in vitamins and mineral), our bread not only tastes fantastic, but you would never know you were eating a protein enriched product.

Our high protein bread is perfect for both pre- and post- workout meals and puts this staple food firmly back on the menu for those looking to enjoy a high protein diet.

Does it taste like normal bread ?

What is the shelf life of your bread ?

Our bread typically lasts 12 days at room temperature.

Can I freeze the bread?

Yes you can. Our bread will last 3 months in the freezer.

Are there any artificial colours or flavourings in your product?

Absolutely not

Who makes your bread?

We make our bread here in the UK in a BRC accredited facility to ensure the highest levels of quality and hygiene are adhered to.

What about the carbs?

Carbohydrates are an essential part of any exercise routine. Most bread are very high in carbohydrates and low in protein which is why athletes tend to avoid it. A good balance of protein and carbs are essential for pre or post training meals which makes our bread the perfect choice.

Where do the proteins come from?

We use a blend of Pea Protein Isolate and Wheat Protein Isolate. Both provide an excellent amino acid profile containing 12 amino acids with 8 essential. We only use isolated proteins to give you the best absorption rates.
