My personal favourite

I've tried many creatines from 100% pure creatine monohydrate, creatine ethyl-ester and even various blends from muscletech celltech, bsn cellmass and even gaspari sizeon but to date I must say the Extreme Kr-Evolution in particular the 240 capsules is my most recommended form of creatine for various reasons:

1) It's effective & works! I've never responded great to just pure creatine monohydrate however using Kr-Evolution is a different story, I notice an increase in strength & power within weeks and have no side-effects from using it. People seem to think Creatine builds muscle directly this is not the case! It actually increases your bodys natural ATP which is what you use when lifting heavy weights the more weight you can lift or the longer you can lift weights then breaks down more muscle fibers which in turn provides you with a more intense and rewarding workout this extra assertion means your body's pushed to and sometimes beyond its natural limits and with the right nutrients & diet will then lead to successful muscle gains as well as improved muscular endurance & strength/power.

2) The second reason I prefer and recommend this particular product is because it will last you the duration of a good 8 weeks which is ample time to make improvements, some products may offer more but they become costly over a long period too see any benefit with this its different you get results similar to those of the more expensive hyped products but at a fraction of the 'overall' cost.

3) Its convienant! many products require you to load up, take with carbs, take with fluids etc etc these you can keep in your car take before and after training with water, a sports drink or a protein shake and you're done!

I'd highly recommend this creatine if you've tried others in the past and felt you didn't get any noticeable improvements!
